A 2025 Denison University graduate, with bachelor’s degrees in Cinema and
Black Studies.
 

I am particularly interested in creating and directing films in the horror genre.
I find that horror is a particularly versatile genre that can allow to produce movies
beyond the traditional gore, while continuing to deeply touch audiences emotionally. Not
only it offers the challenge of reimagining traditional characters and motifs, it also
contains unexplored paths where the political, the cultural, the historical and, even the
humorous, can still be delved into. That dynamics between the challenging and the
potential are at the center of my interest in horror films.
